We’re proud to celebrate the incredible progress of Heidi, who joined us in February 2025 straight from secondary school as an Apprentice Client Manager.
Starting with no prior insurance experience, Heidi quickly immersed herself in the world of insurance, learning the fundamentals of insurance products and principles. Her natural curiosity and drive soon saw her progressing to handle small commercial policies, expanding her technical knowledge and understanding of diverse client needs.
Her enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback, and collaborative spirit have made her a valued member of our Private Clients & Commercial Team. Today, Heidi manages her own book of clients and continues to grow in confidence and capability.
We’re also thrilled that Heidi has been selected for an insurer-led fast-track programme, designed to deepen her commercial expertise and sharpen her broking skills — a testament to her potential and dedication.
💬 When asked about her experience so far, Heidi shared:
“I feel as though I have settled into the company well, everyone is so friendly and eager to help me learn. The support from my team has made a huge difference and now I am starting to feel a lot more confident in my role. I’ve learnt a lot in the past 7 months, and I am looking forward to growing and building stronger relationships with our clients and my colleagues as I progress throughout my apprenticeship.”
